A Classic Cockpit Motor Yacht, Ruby Red is a well maintained 58 Hatteras LRC (Long Range Cruiser). These are serious and very popular cruising yachts that usually need no introduction.
A heavily built yacht designed for the rigors of extended passages, the 58 LRC rides on a round bilged displacement hull with hard aft chines and stabilizers for roll stability, wide 17’11” beam, and a deep prop-protecting keel. Her spacious three state room interior ( with all private 3 piece bathrooms/master with bathtub) is arranged with the walk-in engine room dividing the full-beam master stateroom from the guest staterooms forward. The pilothouse — with bench seat, port/starboard deck doors, and fly bridge stairs — is fully enclosed and private. Large U-shaped galley which is separated from the salon by a breakfast bar. New aft deck retractable awning to keep settee cool when entertaining or just relaxing watching a movie on large flat screen TV, wide side decks covered by bridge overhang and Portuguese deck wall forward of main helm. Fabulous new custom bar with dual fridges and electric grill.
Professionally maintained with upgrades such as quality headliners, tile and wood floors, a fully outfitted galley with pots pans, dishes, glasses and silverware; all the windows and doors with exterior covers; fully outfitted work shop complete with all tools outside of the engine room; extra wide teak swing grid with S.S staples and center retractable 3 step swim boarding ladder… Newly installed fuel tank level indicators showing she is full of fuel and ready to cruise, this boat has so much to offer!
