Don't worry if you haven't seen it in person yet - we are more than happy to facilitate sight-unseen offers subject to your personal or professional inspection later on. The seller then has the opportunity to accept your offer or propose a counter-offer.
Once you and the seller reach a mutual understanding regarding the price and terms, we're right by your side, orchestrating the finer details. Be it surveys, haul-outs, or any other necessary arrangement, our mission is to lead you to a decision that fulfills your vision of the perfect yacht.
Your financial security and peace of mind are paramount to us. All funds and paperwork go through a trusted Escrow Company to safeguard all involved. Your money remains secure in a trust until every piece of legal paperwork is completed. Following this, the title or documentation is transferred, you're presented with a Bill of Sale, and the funds are securely transferred to the seller's account.
